Creating multiple accounts is a violation of our Terms & Conditions and may result in permanent suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances. If a game is postponed and rescheduled within 48 hours, your bet will typically remain active for the rescheduled fixture. If the game is postponed beyond 48 hours or cancelled entirely, all bets on that event will be voided and your stake will be returned to your jilib account balance. For parlay bets, the cancelled leg is removed and the parlay is recalculated with the remaining selections.

Yes, jilib offers a Cash Out feature on selected markets and events. Cash Out allows you to settle your bet before the event concludes — either to lock in a profit when things are going well, or to minimize your loss if the game isn't going your way. The Cash Out value is calculated in real time based on current odds and may be higher or lower than your original stake. Not all markets support Cash Out; availability is indicated on the bet slip.

A wagering requirement (also called a rollover or playthrough requirement) is the number of times you must bet the bonus amount before you can withdraw it as real cash.
