To access jilib's services, you must create a member account. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information, including but not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile number.
You must provide a valid government-issued ID for identity verification. Acceptable documents include a Philippine passport, SSS ID, UMID, driver's license, PhilSys National ID, or PRC ID. jilib conducts Know Your Customer (KYC) verification in compliance with PAGCOR anti-money laundering requirements.
Each individual may hold only one (1) jilib account. Opening multiple accounts — whether under the same or different names, email addresses, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited. jilib employs technical and manual measures to detect duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, jilib reserves the right to close all associated accounts and forfeit any balances therein.
jilib reserves the right to decline any registration application at its sole discretion, without being required to provide a reason. Account approval is subject to successful completion of KYC verification and compliance with these Terms.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your jilib account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party or allow any other person to access your account.
jilib will never ask you for your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. If you receive any such request, treat it as fraudulent and report it to jilib support immediately at [email protected].
You must notify jilib immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account. jilib will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized account access where you have failed to maintain adequate security of your credentials.
jilib recommends using a strong, unique password for your account and enabling any available two-factor authentication features. You are responsible for all activity conducted through your account, whether authorized by you or not, unless you have notified jilib of a security breach in a timely manner.
jilib accepts deposits in Philippine Peso (PHP) via the following payment methods: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are displayed within the jilib cashier at the time of transaction. Deposits are generally credited to your account instantly or within a short processing window depending on the payment method used.
You may only deposit funds from payment accounts registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are prohibited. jilib reserves the right to return deposits made from unverified or third-party sources and to suspend accounts where such deposits are detected.
Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit, where technically possible. jilib aims to process withdrawal requests within one (1) to three (3) business days, subject to completion of KYC verification and any applicable security checks.
jilib reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawals may be delayed or declined where jilib has reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering, or breach of these Terms.
All transactions on jilib are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). jilib does not accept deposits or process withdrawals in foreign currencies. Any currency conversion costs incurred by the Member are the Member's sole responsibility.
jilib does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction fees. Please check with your payment provider for details.
All bets placed on jilib are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant sport, event, or game. These rules are published within the relevant section of the Platform and form part of these Terms by reference. It is your responsibility to familiarise yourself with the applicable rules before placing any bet.
A bet is confirmed only when jilib issues a bet confirmation reference number. jilib reserves the right to void any bet placed in error, including bets placed at incorrect odds due to a technical error or human error on the part of jilib's odds compilers.
Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all betting markets on jilib. These limits are displayed within the relevant market at the time of bet placement. jilib reserves the right to adjust stake limits at any time and without prior notice.
Bets are settled in accordance with the official result of the relevant event as determined by the relevant governing body. jilib reserves the right to delay settlement pending official confirmation of results. In the event of a dispute regarding settlement, jilib's decision shall be final, subject to any applicable regulatory review process.
jilib reserves the right to void bets in circumstances including but not limited to: event cancellation, obvious pricing errors, evidence of match manipulation, or technical failures that materially affected the integrity of the market. Where a bet is voided, the stake is returned to the Member's account.
jilib may offer bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and other promotional incentives to Members from time to time. All promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions published alongside each offer. In the event of any conflict between promotion-specific terms and these general Terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail in relation to that promotion.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on jilib. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities:
jilib cooperates fully with PAGCOR and Philippine law enforcement authorities. Suspected criminal activity, including money laundering and match-fixing, will be reported to the appropriate authorities. jilib may freeze account funds pending investigation without prior notice.
jilib is committed to promoting responsible gaming among its Members. The Platform provides a range of tools to help Members manage their gambling activity, including deposit limits, loss limits, session time limits, and self-exclusion options.
Members who wish to take a break from gambling may request a temporary account suspension or permanent self-exclusion by contacting jilib support. Self-exclusion requests are processed promptly and, once applied, cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.
jilib encourages any Member who believes that gambling is negatively affecting their financial situation, relationships, or mental health to seek help. jilib enforces a strict 21+ age requirement and will not knowingly permit underage individuals to access the Platform. Age verification is conducted during registration and may be requested at any time during the account lifecycle.
All content on the jilib Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, software, and the overall design and layout — is the property of jilib or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or exploit any content from the Platform without jilib's prior written consent.
The jilib name, logo, and all related marks are trademarks of jilib. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use jilib's trademarks, trade names, or other proprietary designations.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, jilib shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.
jilib does not warrant that the Platform will be available at all times, free from errors, or free from viruses or other harmful components. jilib shall not be liable for any losses arising from Platform downtime, technical failures, or interruptions to service.
jilib's total aggregate liability to you in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your jilib account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms shall limit jilib's liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
jilib collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering on jilib, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
jilib processes personal data for purposes including account management, KYC verification, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, and the provision of customer support. jilib does not sell personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.
jilib complies with applicable Philippine data protection laws, including the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173). Members have the right to access, correct, and request deletion of their personal data, subject to jilib's legal and regulatory obligations to retain certain records.
jilib reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, jilib will provide reasonable notice to Members via email or a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the changes taking effect. The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this page.
Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure by contacting jilib support.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms — including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination — shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
jilib operates in compliance with PAGCOR regulations. Where any provision of these Terms conflicts with applicable PAGCOR regulations or Philippine law, the applicable regulation or law shall prevail to the extent of the conflict.
